England captain Heather Knight will lead Sydney Thunder in this year's WBBL, taking over from the retired Rachael Haynes.
Thunder completed base last season however had areas of strength for a last month where they got South Africa allrounder Marizanne Kapp and Britain fast Lauren Chime close by Knight.
It implies that Knight will connect back up in an authority limit with previous Britain mentor Lisa Keightley who took over responsible for Roar to supplant Trevor Griffin after the 2022-23 mission got only one win 14 matches.

Thunder start their WBBL crusade with a nearby derby against Sydney Sixers at North Sydney Oval on October 22
