Injured Ravindra Jadeja ruled out of IPL 2022

Ravindra Jadeja has been managed out of the rest of the IPL. The India all-rounder has left the Chennai Super Kings bubble on Wednesday (May 11).

"He has a physical issue on his rib which he supported during our match against Royal Challengers Bangalore (on May 04). We have just two games left and given his weighty worldwide responsibilities, we figured he shouldn't gamble further injury," said Kasi Viswanathan, the CEO of the establishment.

As per the CSK official, Jadeja who was eliminated as the skipper of the group halfway after a dash of losses was feeling torment in his rib. "He was feeling torment while bowling and batting. So we felt that it definitely should allow him to rest. We have informed the BCCI also," Viswanathan said.

Jadeja missed CSK's last game, against Delhi Capitals last Sunday (May 8). CSK have a game against Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede on Thursday (May 12). They take on Gujarat Titans, additionally at the Wankhede, on May 15 and adjust their mission with a match against Rajasthan Royals on May 12.
