Minnu Mani, Prasad, Anushka power India A to 363-run chase

India A defeated Australia A in Mohali by four wickets, securing a 2-1 victory in the three-match one-day series thanks to Minnu Mani's unbeaten 88 off 56 balls. Before Anushka Sharma and Niki Prasad sparked a recovery, India A were 119 for 4 and Mani provided the finishing flourish to chase down 363 with ten balls remaining.

Chasing a big total, India A were in trouble at 85 for 3 before they fought their way back. Anushka hit four fours and three sixes in her 42-ball 58, while Prasad hit ten fours and a six in her 71-ball 76. India A was 119 for 4 when the pair came in, and they added 91 for the fifth wicket.

After Anushka was let go, Prasad continued and got India A close to the goal before she was run out at 317. Mani, who came in at 210 for 5, immediately took control and hit 12 fours and three sixes. In 48.2 overs, India A won the chase.

At the other end, Jintimani Kalita provided valuable support by remaining unbeaten on 19 balls.

After choosing to bat, Australia A posted 362 for 9 earlier. Charli Knott hit 109 runs off 70 balls, hitting 12 fours and 5 sixes, while Courtney Webb made 95 runs off 92 balls but missed out on a century. Before Knott fell, the pair led Australia from 76 for 2 to 242 in the match.

India's most successful bowler was Vaishnavi Sharma, who took ten overs to score 4 for 48. In addition, Prasad took four wickets despite allowing 84 runs.

India A's chase comes just two days after Australia A's 339 win at the same location.
